POSE aired in 2018, and became the first major TV show to cast Black and Brown transgender and queer talent as leads. The series, which ran for 3 seasons between 2018 and 2021, starred Dominique Jackson, MJ Rodriguez, Indya Moore, Angelica Ross, Billy Porter, and other trans and gender diverse talent.

The first season of POSE went on to receive numerous nominations for Television Awards including Best Television Series at the Golden Globes and Outstanding Drama Series at the Emmys.
