Diane Marie Rodriguez Zambrano is an Ecuadorian activist and politician, focusing on human and queer rights in Ecuador. She began working as an activist at age 17 in the city of Guayaquil. She then participated as a field researcher in the "Needs Assessment" for trans populations.

She is currently the transgender chair of the Silhouette X Association. She created a legal precedent in favor of name changes, and was elected as the first transgender member of the National Assembly of Ecuador.
